House hunting & hoping to meet with our realtor this week, starting the 30 day shred today- I'd like to lose some serious weight, but have a smaller goal for the last weekend of July. I'm hoping to stop into the Summit for a workout too.
I "started" the 30 day shred a few weeks ago and ended up only doing it for about a week, after I managed to injure my back (not 30 day shred related) but I'm looking to get back into it. Any chance you'd like to try to keep me accountable for it? I feel like it really helps me to have someone to check in with! I really need to get back into shape, and I especially need help with the strength training!

Did day 1 today. It kicked my butt at first but by the end I felt good and thought I could do it for a bit longer.
