Saw your FB post last night on the C25k.
How's it going?
Is it getting easier?
Re: ~janda~
Yes and no. Week 4 was hard the first day but then when I did day 3 last night I was thinking it was pretty easy. So, it seems like day 1 of every week I kind of freak out and by day 3 it's ok. That's why I love the program because I feel like it just gently "pushes" you to the next level every week.
I hate running but I'm sticking with it and seeing results which is what I want. I just turn on the radio and go. I have the app on my phone that dings when it's time to change from jog to walk or whatever so I don't have to think about it and the time goes MUCH faster when you don't look at the timer! You should do it!

Glad it's going well for you. Keep up the good work!!
Maybe I can try that with the phone and get music going and start it, I was trying to figure it out for the treadmill, but it's a little confusing walking and jogging on the treadmill.
