Frozen meals for one
I want to make some meals to freeze for my Grammie to bring up with us this weekend. Do any of you have any ideas? It's just her, so small portion sizes are the best. She is addicted to her microwave oven, so anything that can be microwaved or even just heated up on the stove quickly that won't take effort is ideal. Thanks ladies!

Re: Frozen meals for one
You could make things in disposable mini-meatloaf pans and cook them for her, and then she would just have to heat them up in the microwave. Things like lasagna, macaroni and cheese, meatloaf, etc would work well.
