Attire Question - 2nd Interview
I have a second interview this afternoon, problem is it is going to be 107 degree's out side. I wore my black full suit to the first interview last month when it was cooler, but I was hoping that since the weather is horrible I could get away with a short-sleaved dressy jacket over a nice pair of slacks and a top?

I don't wear my jacket in the car. I wear a short sleeved shirt under and put it on before I get out of the car. Granted, we're not at 107, but we aren't too far off from that either.

I was afraid of that, problem is it was like 85 degrees in their office last time around, so I'm petrified it is going to be like 95 this time, I don't want sweat rolling down my face during the interview (not a good look for me).

This. You don't own a skirt you could wear with a jacket? I never wear jackets or suits to interviews anyway so I think you can go without it.
