Summer crockpot recipes?
anyone have anything good to share? Most of my crockpot recipes are very "hearty" and make me think of winter (stews, etc). But it's so handy to throw stuff in before a playdate and have a good, new lunch waiting for us, and my DH.

Drunken Ribs. mmmmm!
I did a brisket this weekend and topped with (LC) BBQ sauce after shredding it. Served it with coleslaw and a bun for those not on the low carb diet.
Pop in a chicken breast or two and then combine with chicken salad fixin's.
