BC: Something Borrowed: Darcy's POV
This novel is told from Rachel's perspective. How do you think Darcy would tell the same story? How do you think she would describe Rachel? How do you think she views their friendship?
(Disclaimer: I have not read the other books in the series, so I don't know how much this is covered in them. If you are going to put spoilers of those books, please note it first so I can ignore them. Thanks!)

Re: BC: Something Borrowed: Darcy's POV
This novel is told from Rachel's perspective. How do you think Darcy would tell the same story? I think if Darcy were telling it, we wouldn't know much about other people because Darcy would be more focused on herself. This would make it harder to choose any side other than her own. At least with Rachel as narrator I can see her own flaws and not like her.
How do you think she would describe Rachel? I think she'd describe Rachel as the best friend ever because Darcy always gets what she wants. I think we'd feel sorry for Rachel because Darcy sees her as so inadequate or not up to her level.
How do you think she views their friendship? I think the friendship is convenient for Darcy. She gets what she wants out of it, so it's good for her.

This novel is told from Rachel's perspective. How do you think Darcy would tell the same story? I think all we would hear was me this and me that. I am beautiful, I am gorgeous, etc. Everyone loves me. Everyone wants me I don't think there would be much more than that.
How do you think she would describe Rachel? How do you think she views their friendship? I think she would describe Rachel as the ordinary looking friend. The boring one. I think she would touch on Rachel's smartness but then outdo that with how looks work better for Darcy. I think she views her friendship as a competition.

2012 Reading Challenge
Maybe you could start a new post with a spoiler warning for those who haven't read the future books?

Nah, not unless someone really wants to talk about the next book. Primarily because I'm home with P and only have about 2 minutes to check in every once in a while!
That being said, when I do respond to some questions, I am only basing that on the first book, which I did reread last week.
2012 Reading Challenge
This novel is told from Rachel's perspective. How do you think Darcy would tell the same story? I don't think we would get a clear picture of any other characters involved, it would be all about Darcy and how the world needs to revolve around her. I do have to say that I know the 2nd book is from her point of view and I have no desire to read.
How do you think she would describe Rachel? How do you think she views their friendship? I think she would describe her and a good reliable friend, someone who has always been in her life and there for her, but Darcy would always make herself seem more interesting.
