Re: drip marks on stainless steel appliances

  • Try spraying wd-40 on it and buffing it with a soft cloth, worked on my fridge where my nephew let the water dispenser drip down and I didn't catch it right away.

  • I bought the specific Stainless Steel cleaner (it came in a silver aerosol can) from Walmart. It is meant to be used with a clean dry cloth and gets those marks off very well (although it smells terrible). Good luck!

One more thing, when wiping the appliance, make sure you wipe with the grain of the stainless steel or it will streak.

  • I buff with a few drops of baby oil on a paper towel. It always comes out spotless.
  • FYI - WD-40 is the same thing, only cheaper and less smelly!
