Try something new? What's Bugging You Wednesday
Anyone interested in trying something new? I listen the 96.3 in the morning, and every now and then they do a segment called: What's Bugging You That's Really Not a Big Deal. (They have a little jingle...I like it.) It's pretty self explanatory. Here's mine:
There is a college-aged girl that lives with her parents next to me. She and her boyfriend fight. all. the. time. And they do it outside...loudly. They did it again just last night. It is driving me nuts. I just want to yell out the window...."JUST BREAK UP AND GET IT OVER WITH!! IT'S NEVER GOING TO LAST!!!!!"
Re: Try something new? What's Bugging You Wednesday
My BIL works at the same company I do just at a different branch. He will call our branch and tell them to give me things to take home so he can pick them up from our house and take them into work. Sometimes it's boxes and boxes of items.
It truly is no big deal but just one day I want to have a reason I can't take them home so he realizes he cannot assume I'll do the transfers all the time
What's bugging me is the douchebags that know that a lane is going to merge, due to construction, because there are 50 signs for miles that say so, yet they still ride in that lane cutting everyone off at the last minute!
I am that beotch that drives in the middle of the two lanes, so they can't get around me! Yesterday some loser had the nerve to honk at me, and flip me off. I just continued to ride the middle lane and show him the bird as well.
My dad and his family are idiot jerks. Dads family was just in town, dad lives here, and were at a graduation party last Saturday. Dad calls me at 6pm and begs me to bring Lucas up to the party, that I wasnt invited to, so "everyone" can see "us".
Uh sure. Ya right. If they want to see us so bad maybe they could of called me or FB me or mentioned it to me you think? Or stopped by the whole week they were in town? I kept saying no on the phone until finally I told him I'd call him back. I didnt. I havent heard from him since and probably wont.
It shouldnt bother me because they've always been that way and will never change.

I am beyond annoyed with DH's former school of employment. They effed up a couple of his paychecks.....and now we owe the school over $400 back because they screwed up and overpaid him for one check and never fixed it. The payroll woman is a 30-year veteran...she should know better. Competence isn't common at all apparently.
Teaching has got to be the biggest waste of time employment field out there right now.
An extra $400 bill is so not what we need right now.
Dh always messes up the settings on the hair dryer. I hate it. It has been three years, you'd think I'd be in the habit of checking before I use it by now.

Losing it...Without Losing it
I'm annoyed at a couple co-workers. It's a father & son duo that whine and cry about everything. Now they are crying about not having Friday off with holiday pay. The holiday is Monday and we have Monday off with holiday pay. You are more than welcome to take a vacation day or a day without pay for Friday. What is really annoying is that they are telling everyone that the boss was going to give us Friday with pay but I said no so now we aren't.
Uh...what? First of all, why would I scoff at a paid day off? Second, he is the boss not me. Idiots. They gossip worse than any women I know.
Haha, I do the same thing!
I am annoyed at coworkers today. This one person is doing something based off of a "not finalized" version of something I gave him. Usually I give the final version the day before (because there are always changes last minute) but he decided to do his thing a few days early without checking to see if there were any changes. And it is my fault apparently when I tell him it needs to be changed because it wasn't final. And the "Boy's Club President" blames me.
I have a report due with a ridiculous time line that was totally doable except my coworkers won't do their job right so I can't do mine. It bugs the heck out of me that I am twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to get me the tools I need to write the report and that I may have to work over the weekend to get this stinkin' thing done. Just do your job people!!! You know, the thing you get paid for..which by they way, you get paid more than me so I shouldn't be waiting on you.
This sounds like what they did to DH's school in Southfield that he teaches at. He wasn't affected by it, but a lot of other teachers were. It was for classroom overages. It's BS.
I hate when I let people merge in front of me and they don't wave to say thank you. I am very courteous and do it often, especially to avoid accidents. It's not that hard to acknowledge the gesture!
I have too many work related things that bug me to list them.
