Yes Lauren, its awesome. Plus I've found so many things I love from looking at other people's boards. Its a lot of fun, and as Laura said, very addictive.
I think I need to wait until this trial is over before I become addicted to something else that will hinder my productivity.

Pinterest rocks my socks. It's like a compilation of a million creative/inspiring/beautiful/crafty/artistic/funny/delicious pictures all in one place. It's a tremendous time suck, sure, but so much fun. And I have made use of some of the ideas I've gotten from it (paintings for my bedroom, storage ideas, etc.), so it's not a TOTAL time waster.
But yeah. I'm right there with you. If you find a good 12-step program, let me know.

I have found a LOT of things on here that I can do myself. And I find myself thinking... "Why do I even need to pay for something that I can do myself?" a lot. Too much.
Oh boy.
speaking of things you can do have with out paying for.
I've been harassing Chris to let me put a little garden in the back yard! (BTW Laura, is your neighborhood having that block party thing? Was that this wknd?)
The other day Chris told me that next year I can put a little garden up! YAY!! So excited! No clue how we will keep the dogs out of it, but I'll figure something out!
For now, I am growing something (a herb, parsley? basil?) in a little pot on my balcony.
Probably not having it this weekend, due to my tail situation. I am rescheduling it, though. IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. I have too much homemade crap to give away.
Yay for gardening! I loooooove it. Do you know someone who has bamboo? Because you can make a cute little fence that is high enough to keep your dogs out. Also, if you plant jalapenos, they will stay away. Most of the dogs stay away from mine because of my hot peppers.

Chris would love to grow some jalapenos, he loves those nasty hot things.
Well, see, what had happened was: I bought this little kit thing from Lowes- It had two herbs.. one grew, one didn't. and I'm not certain what they were to begin with it. I suck.
lol. Post a pic when you get a chance and I will try to tell you what they are. (If they are big enough yet?)
