I'm PMSing right now so any kind of food sounds good for dinner, but I have no desire to cook or go to the grocery store.
What's your favorite EASY dish? And do you want to bring it to me? Kidding, sort of...
Re: WFD - Lazy Edition
I like Lucky's idea of frozen ravioli.
It's my day off so I'm grilling BBQ chicken thighs, making baked beans (from a can), tomato salad, another veggie maybe and I've got almost homemade pecan pie in the oven. I say "almost" because I didn't make the crust.
My easy meals are cheese quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwiches and one of those frozen southwest chicken things in a tortilla.
ETA: And lately, hot dogs also.
Now I wish I had had this. I haven't even thought of this meal since XH. We used to do this all the time. Its soooo good.
When I don't feel like cooking I make this:

It's just opening a few cans and chopping an onion. I know the link calls it a quesadilla, which I do sometimes, but if I'm feeling more lazy I will just wrap it up in a tortilla and eat without heating, or just eat it as a salsa dip with tortilla chips.
Or, as PP said, I pick up chicken from the Publix deli.
Last night was not a lazy night for us - I baked some blue fish, roasted vegetables, and made mashed turnips.
