I'm uninspired these days. All of my recipes are boring.
Shot first, questions later.
Re: WFD?
Pork chops sound amazing.
I made spicy peach glazed pork chops & chipotle butter grilled corn recently and they were actually pretty good!
I *think* we're going out for dinner tonight though so sorry I'm no help there lol.
One-upper!!
How do you make the spicy peach glaze? It sounds awesome.
Psh. Whateva, whateva! Your honey and soy chops sound just as amazing.
I just mixed peach preserves, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, butter, and little veggie broth together and then simmered the sauce until it got thick. Easy!
ETA. AND ground ginger and cinnamon!
I'm so sore from physical therapy yesterday so we're probably ordering out. I don't even want to move.
Last night, we made steak, potatoes and corn on the grill.
Teriyaki chicken sounds super good.
I made a roast last night. It came out OK...not as juicy as I wanted. I might combine it with some salsa, cheese and chips tonight to make some beef nachos, but we'll see. DS will probably eat that with rice and veggies.
I love grilling chicken with this spicy peach glaze. It's sooooo yummy!

As for what I'm having for dinner tonight, I'll probably have a little frozen pizza and some vegetables. Since H left I only go through the effort to cook if I'm having company over.

BLT's sound amazing too. And I'm impressed your DH will pick from those options, mine doesn't like his food to sound too healthy.
A friend we haven't seen in _years_ is making us spaghetti with homemade sauce. (herbs from her garden, even!)
We're bringing berries for dessert. Maybe we should grab a bit of ice cream to go with them.
Berries and ice cream go great together.
chicken with a red wine sauce (that has brown sugar in it) .... we'll see how it turns out. Probably serve over brown rice, and with broccoli.
I changed my name
