I made pink (raspberry) lemonade cupcakes for a party tomorrow.

I think I'm going to make white sangria popsicles this weekend, I have a bunch of strawberries and blackberries. Aside from sitting on the couch eating them, nothing else really sounds good.

DH will be taking a fruit pizza to work for their little july 1 lunch.

crust = rolled out sugar cookie dough

sauce = cream cheese + powdered sugar + lemon juice + vanilla

then top with blueberries and strawberries. and whatever else if you don'tmind bringing in more colors ; )

I like to make red/white/blue layered cupcakes. People love them. Any flavor batter that bakes up white will do.

Split your batter into three bowls. Add Blue food coloring to one bowl, add Red food coloring to another bowl, and leave the third bowl white. Pour a layer of one color in the bottom of your muffin papers, add a layer of another color, and top with a layer of the third color. Bake as usual and decorate as simply or as elaborately as you like.
