does everyone have tomorrow off? i sure don't. i have monday off, but that is it. i would love a 4 day weekend though...
slept like crap again last night.
5-6 mile run tonight.
we are going to a party tomorrow night (not to worry, i will be DD and we will likely be home ni bed by 11. we are so wild and crazy) and then tubing down the river saturday. then relaxing and cleaning and groceries on sunday and monday. may throw in a trip or two to the movies if the weather sucks.
i just want to sleeeeeep.

Good morning, early birds!
I have to work tomorrow, too, but it's an early out at 2:00 at least. Usually my boss is good and lets us go before then, though. She knows we're not productive if we're sitting here. :-)
I have an early dismissal tomorrow. Noon.
I am TIRED! Tired people. I have a long day and night ahead too.
Last night I went grocery shopping, then home to unload and let the hose guy in. I changed, unpacked groceries, purged the fridge, packed lunch, unloaded the dishwasher, and ate dinner. MFD got home and I went to Sam's which was a total flapping nightmare. I also went to WaWa. I watched some HGTV and wanted to donkey punch some would-be homeowners. I got in bed at 10:30 and fell out after 11.
Today we've been in our house for two years. And last night we FINALLY got an outside hose hookup out front. He's coming back next week to do the one out back. HALLELUJIAH! I never thought a hose would make me so happy. The outside electrical work should be done next week, after which I might actually pee my pants I'll be so happy.
This morning MFD dropped me at the train. Tonight we go to the Mann to see the Philadelphia Orchestra perform Down the Abbey Road: Re-Imagining the Beatles with some of my coworkers (the Mann Music Center is one of our clients). We won't get home for eternity so I'm happy tomorrow is a half day.
Barack is at the Bellevue today for a DNC meeting. Traffic will be foiled everywhere. I am going to stroll over there tonight to see if I can catch a glimpse of him leaving. That would be another pants wetting moment. Stay tuned.
I work noon-nine today, 5-9 tmw, and noon-nine Saturday...
but, I've had the whole rest of the week off, so I guess I shouldn't complain.
Hubs had to go into work early this morning, and he forgot to set the alarm... he left with enough time to still get there early, but not as early as he usually gets there. Otherwise, it's looking like it's going to be another beautiful day..

Hi ladies! I'm out of hibernation (and should be around more since my caseload is almost nonexistent). Anywho! I usually catch up and read the posts at night but everyone is usually gone so I don't post.
I found a (another) job and hopefully will start next week. This one will be working with babies/children and I'm beyond stoked about it. I'll still have the nursing home thing but only one patient on caseload and an eval to do every now and then. Jeremy took his firefighter test Tuesday so we're just waiting to hear on the results now. Fingers crossed he passed and then he'll do an 8 week training camp to get him ready for the fitness test (I'm thinking about posing as him since he's already fit as a fiddle so I can get fit haha).
Not much else going on. Money is insanely tight with him not working and me not getting very many hours but we're managing so I can't complain too much. His mom is still a whack job and didn't bother calling him the last time we were down then claimed she was in the hospital. Drama. Always drama with her.
No big plans for the weekend...we MIGHT ride out to the lake this weekend but idk what we'll do since we don't have a boat or anything. I'm hoping for a chill weekend.

I'm not working tomorrow, but only because I'm actually taking the day off. We get lots of holidays, working for the government, but the downside is that early dismissal is unheard of, since the news would probably be down here saying we're wasting taxpayer money.

We're only getting a half day because all the men are going golfing. Sexist douches did not invite women. Whatever, I'll take the half day!
I skipped my gym class today in favor of a lunch hour walk al aire libre. I will be taking off to do that in about 15.

I am working Friday too, 5 until midnight, woohoo! That is all...I am having one of those days.
