Any free parking at National Harbor?
I'm meeting a friend 1/2 way tomorrow as we have somewhere to be a little further north. I was planning to park at National Harbor and then we would take one car in.
Is there free parking around there? I live close to Accokeek, so if there are other recs, that would be good too!
ETA: this is in the morning around 9am, we'll be back around 3pm.

Although I'm not 100% sure, I would say probably not. I would find somewhere else to park. That place is a racket IMHO. I went there on a weekday night and we had to pay $11 just to park for a few hours.
There is nothing around there and no where else to park so they can charge whatever they want to park. I hope other nesties can give you suggestions.
