Negotiate with contractors?
I'm not much of a negotiator because I can usually get a sense of whether or not we're being offered a fair price. However, we need a radon mitigation system installed and all three certified contractors I spoke to quoted about the same price ($800). Is this something worth negotiating or does it sound like a set and standard price? I don't know how to pick one over the other right now since they all quoted the same price and I don't have any references to work with. TIA!

Neil still thinks radon is a scam, despite the million articles I've forwarded to him to read. But luckily he's going along with this because he trusts my judgement.
