Re: **Millie**
The quick, quick summary is that it was absolutely amazing. Here are a few random thoughts...
1. The depth of history in Israel blows my mind. To have walked around ruins that date back to 2-3000 B.C. cannot be grasped by my little brain.
2. Being a Christian, it was great to see the roots of the religion and to learn more about Judiasm in the process as well. I have been inspired in the past to incorporate Jewish traditions into my Christian practices but after this trip, I really feel it's important to move some of those elements into our life.
3. Israel is a beautiful country and you can just tell the people that live there take pride in their land in a very special way.
I filled up one memory card with hundreds of pictures and put it in my suitcase when I put the new one in my camera. The new one only has a tiny bit of pictures. My suitcase got delayed so it just showed up at our house yesterday. I'm in the last couple weeks of rehearsals for my next show so my picture play time is really limited but my goal (hopefully starting Monday since I have no work or rehearsal!) is to do a blog post every week for a while for each day of our trip.
