So, if I can solicit a few more T&P from you ladies.....
My uncle is in surgery for his tumor right now. My mom said he went in around 9 and the doctor came out at 11 and said everything was going ok, but I haven't heard anything since.
TIA.
So, my mom called and he got out of surgery around 7. The doctor said that everything went well. He'll need to be on medicine and do the chemo, but so far it's going well.
Thanks for all the T&P!

Thanks, Mary.
My mom told me that the doctor told my aunt & uncle that there's a 40% survival rate when dealing with pancreatic cancer...so if the surgery goes well and the chemo goes well, AND he stays in remission for 5 years, the medical community considers the cancer beaten....so, like I said before, he'll have a long road ahead of him.
His son is actually getting married this August, so I hope he feels well for their day.
