I don't see how the smell can really help.. The defense isn't disputing the fact that Caylee was in the trunk.

OMG, this poor kid! What a dumbazz thing to do of course, but holy crap. Perry is giving him the smackdown. Handcuffs! Jail time! Fine! Court costs! Yikes.
