casey anthony trial
casey isn't going to testify and the defense has rested. the alleged mistress of george testified this morning.
i've had it on the last couple of days. it's pretty interesting.
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

Did we ever find out why they didn't have the scheduled testimonies last weekend? I remember the Judge making the decision b/c of some legal stuff but never heard what is was..

i think her defense sucks. i think cindy perjured herself too.
i think she lied under oath.
there were a lot of searches for ways to kill someone on their family computer. one was for chloroform. like over 100 searches. cindy said it was she that made the searches - that her dog had gotten into something in the backyard and she was trying to search for chlorphyll. i think if my pet got into a plant i would search the plant type, not chlorophyll. also she and lee (casey's brother) contradicted themselves in some testimony. i think she is trying to raise reasonable doubt so casey gets off, or gets 2nd degree murder which would mean she wouldn't get the death penalty.

i think that any criminal that could kill a person, let alone a child, has some sort of mental issue. i think she's not right in the head, but i don't think she's crazy. i think she's a selfish, manipulative person...the perfect candidate to spend life in prison. i'm not sure about the dealth penalty on this one...but definitely life in jail.
oh right! and in the middle of the searches the person visited myspace. and cindy didn't have myspace but casey did...
i think it's weird that the family is all doing different things. like lee is contradicting cindy and george seems to be telling the truth while cindy is covering for her... i would think they'd all be on the same page. also i thought george's suicide letter was very damaging to the defense. he could have said anything because he thought he would be dead so it wouldn't matter and instead he made it seem like he really thought casey was guilty. i don't believe he molested casey and i don't believe he cheated with that crystal holloway. i don't think any of them know what happened to caylee except casey herself. i also think the defense kept calling witnesses that ended up helping the defense. like the whole how they buried their pets testimony... seemed to me it just showed that casey buried her like they did their animals. it didn't show that george was involved.
