Anyone have any tried-and-true recipes? Or favorite blogs or websites for recipes? Ideally I'd like recipes that give nutritional info, carb count etc. Also what artificial sweetener do you like best for baking? TIA

I like how everything is low carb, carb safe, etc. Splenda.
fage greek yogurt with ff/sf pudding mix is tasty, but it['s one of those things you need to eat right after making.
you can make all kinds of stuff with your own popsicle molds : )
kalyn's kitchen is a good blog, she does SB Diet stuff, but it's all pretty diabetic friendly as well because it's a focus on eliminaating refined sugars.
