my sisters ILs not only make HER life a living hel! but they make mine. How so?
Well, during bridal shower planning it was an absolute nightmare with her SIL wanting to be involved and in charge and nitpicking every g damn thing.
Now baby shower planning they both (her MIL and SIL) are so obnoxious to me, my mom AND my sister (no not a surprise shower) and harrassing her aobut registry options to ICED TEA being served...
Grr....
Re: you know ILs are bad when...
My mom stated the drinks included with the shower were: soda, water, coffee. tea and wine on the table...Well her MIL claims her friends only drink iced tea.
to which my mom replied "i'm certain they will serve iced tea if you ask"
However, Im sure her friends are lovely people who drink other beverages and she was just needing to b!tch about something. She finds things to b!tch about that you'd never dream of. As you can see...
can't I just suggest they get tea-bagged?

I swear I saw where someone gave tea bags once as a favor to a shower...probably was bridal and not sure what it had to do with a wedding but wouldn't it be damn funny if you and your mom had an additional favor that was a tea bag? I am sure us ladies could relate it to babies somehow! Oh, i would be smiling all day
I was thinking this last night when I read the post to add tea bags as a favor for shower.
