Wondering what kind of remedy would work for post-waxing? I get red bumps all over. They will go down in a day or so, but wondering what I can put on them in the meantime.

Sort of what Daisy was saying, i was going to suggested crushed aspirin, water and a pinch of salt, and using it to make a compress. Crushed aspirin is great for reducing redness/irritation. It's also great for sunburns, and pimples!
You may want to see if a different kind of wax would work better for you. I get that way with certain waxes and not with others. Also if the wax is too hot it can cause that.
