Re: TGIF!
M's supposed to get out of work early today so if that actually happens, we're going shopping. M wants to get a tie to match the hot-pink dress I got for next weekend's wedding and I want to get a necklace to go with it.
Monday we're having the ILs and a friend over for a cookout in the afternoon. At night we're going to bike over to the county fireworks.
Other than that, we have no plans! It's glorious. I'm going lay in the hammock reading and drinking as long as the weather's good.

R and I took off yesterday, today and Tuesday. I'm so excited to spend some good, quality time with him
Today I have a hair appointment then we will go grocery shopping and run a few errands. I think we may go see Transformers 3 tonight.
Tomorrow: Our mall is having a sidewalk sale so we are going to that. I hope I can find a dress for my friend's wedding next weekend. Then we are going to a family cookout at my brother's house.
Sunday: Heading to R's parent's house (about 1.5 hours away). Spend the day with them and go to see their fireworks.
Monday: Coming home from the in law's probably mid-afternoon. Meet up with friends to go to see the fireworks downtown.
Tuesday: Relaxing, getting caught up with cleaning & laundry and gearing up for the rest of the work week.

Today: F gets out at noon, so we're heading to my dad's house early--hopefully early enough to beat some of the Cape traffic!
Tomorrow: We're at my dad's. Probably pretty lazy--I'm hoping we can just sit at the beach!
Sunday: We're with my mom. Maybe going with her to a beach party in our old neighborhood.
Monday: We're at my in-laws. Lots of games, food, and fireworks.
Happy 4th of July
I'm so excited that it's Friday! My last day of work until August 1, and I'm hoping to be done by noon!
Today - DH is in Atlantic City with 3 of his friends. I am in CT with all of their wives/gfs at our friends' lake house where we will spend the weekend. So, after I'm done working, I'll be helping the girls get ready for the big 4th of July party tomorrow. At some point, the guys will get back from AC to help us, and tonight our friends are making an anniversary dinner for us down by the dock.
Tomorrow - it's our anniversary! We'll be celebrating with tons of friends at the big 4th of July BBQ at the lake. One of my favorite days of the year!
Sunday - driving home, recovering, and getting ready for our trip!
Monday - More getting ready for our trip, bbq at my parents' house to see them and my brother, and say goodbye.
Tuesday - leaving the house at 11 to head down to NYC to catch our flight and start our trip!!!!!!
Tonight: Dinner with some friends at this awesome restaurant right on the river.
Saturday: DH is golfing with one of his professors (networking opportunity) and Julia and I are going to go shopping. I need a new sundress and a new bathing suit.
Sunday: My BFF is having her annual 4th of July Party, so we will be going to that.
Monday: Going to Hoboken to see the NYC Fireworks. DH's company owns one of the piers and is closing it off from the public and only letting employees in, so it should be fun! I hope Julia likes it!
My office is closed today to give us an extended long weekend!
Today: I have some errands to do then me and Mags are spending the afternoon at home relaxing. Between NYC last weekend, my friend and her kids being here all week, and the stomach bug she has had...the poor kid is wiped!
Tonight we are going out for pizza with my family at my favorite place!
Tomorrow: Heading to ME for the day to my ILs cottage. My SIL is up for the week and my MIL and other SIL are heading up too
Sunday: Grocery shopping, cleaning the house, and relaxing
Monday: Annual 4th BBQ at my Aunts house
Today: Work
It is my day to pick Parker up from day care and I can't wait! Rusty has a side jobe to do after work, but he shouldn't be home much past 7. Then we might watch a movie.
Tomorrow: Rusty will be gone with his dad working and Parker and I are going shopping with Rusty's mom. Then we are going to the Melting Pot with some good friends of ours.
Sunday: Rusty will be working with his dad again. I have no plans except to hang with my little man!
Monday: Going to the park in town to take Parker to the pool, listen to music, and eat some food.
Last year on July 4th I was in the hospital so this year should be better!
Today is Canada day, so today is the holiday for us, and my first official day of Summer vacation. We don't actually really have much planned this weekend, but we are going camping from Monday until Thursday.
Today my sister's and I are headed to my grandma's to help her with some yard work.
Today was surgery day. We're home now and resting.
Who knows what we'll get up to the rest of the weekend... if anything.
I hope everyone enjoys all of their festivities for the fourth!

My office is also closed today
So I'm going to head to the pool club that my sister belongs too in about 45 minutes....My first time all summer laying in the sun and I can not wait.
Then we have my nephews 3rd bday party at 5.
Tomorrow - TBD.No real plans.
Sunday - another birthday party for another nephew.
Monday - TBD.
Not a lot of plans, which is fine with me after last weekends crazy fun!
Today: I've already run a bunch of errands and it's not even 11:00 yet, it feels good! I have a few more things to do before we head to CT tonight (again).
Tomorrow: We're doing a grandkids photo for my grandma since it's her 80th birthday--actually today. Then we have my cousin's graduation party at 4:00.
Sunday: My grandma's bday party, then driving back to MA later in the day.
Monday: cleaning, packing, getting ready for our trip!!! Not sure we'll even see any fireworks this year, depends on what we have left to do.

Crazy weekend in store for me... and mostly NOT because it's a holiday, so strange.
Today: making an appearance at the 27th annual ice cream social for the bank I 95% likely got a job at... the president (my future boss) invited me himself! It's casual, so I'm fretting about what to wear. ha. Then later today sometime I hope to be offered a job (they are waiting to speak to one more reference). And then I am stripping out our garage and purging like my life depends on it!
Tomorrow: dump and goodwill runs, moving all the broken up concrete from the old backyard patio to the truck for more dump runs, and moving a pile of dirt to where I want it to provide depth for our shade garden for next year. My arms are going to fall off when this is all done.
Sunday: baking all day, then going to a fireworks viewing party at my office
Monday: driving home to bring my ILs truck back, and then driving right back because of the puppies... UNLESS Dexter is doing better (unlikely) and they could come with us... Maggie is scared of thunder, she did fine last 4th of July but I am nervous to leave her alone for one, especially without a crate.
Oh, and at anytime I could be making an emergency trip to the vet because Dexter is a freaking out mess. Pretty sure he re-broke the toe because now he won't walk on it by choice, and if he does he limps, and he despises the cone of shame. He won't pee or poop if the cone is on, and he won't lay down in his crate period (like he doesn't think he has enough room? I'm not sure) so he sleeps in the bathroom. Seriously, this is so f'ing hard.
Tonight: baby-sitting
Tomorrow: long run, dinner out
Sunday: summer celebration at my church
Monday: maybe lunch out and then over to my sister's later for a cook-out and fireworks
Today- Walking the lake with my friend, grabbing some food and then grading papers; I have sunburn pretty bad so the goal of the whole weekend is to avoid the sun!
Tomorrow- Spending the day with Dan. Not sure what we'll be doing yet, the fat kid in my wanted to ride up to the Ben & Jerry's factory for a tour since I've never been, but I doubt we'll have the motivation for the drive.
Sunday- Coffee date with some friends and more shopping for the house.
I'm so jealous you have a Melting Pot closeby. I've heard nothing but good things about it and want to try it so bad! Maybe one day
