Pool party food - give me some ideas
Would prefer if it were things that involved very little inside the kitchen time since no one wants to stop what they are doing to disappear in the kitchen for an hour. We have an outdoor kitchen (grill, fridge, burner) but DH hates to use it when there are a lot of people over because it is in the main hangout area so it gets crowded and hot. Ideas?

Hot dogs (on the grill, but they're quick and easy)
pasta salad (can be made ahead of time)
potato salad
baked beans
strawberry spinach salad
Chicken and beef fajitas on the grill, with onion and bell pepper (they cook up quick) with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortillas, pico de gallo
guacamole
queso in a crockpot (I assume your outdoor kitchen has an outlet)
salsa
black bean and corn salsa
chips
tropical fruit skewers
sopapilla cheesecake
lots and lots of margaritas
