If you could only see black and white except for one color, what color would you choose to see? I think I would want to see blue. I love the ocean and a clear blue sky and couldn't imagine not seeing them.
Do you like where you're living now? It is where I was born and raised so I guess I have nothing to compare it to. It is home for me. I do love New England though and the seasonal changes...could do without the harsh winters though.

What's your biggest fear? Definitely clowns! I have always been scared to death of them. Can't go to the circus or even some parades where I know there will be clowns. Once when I was little, my girl scout troop went to a circus that was basically clowns and we were asked to perform with them. I completely froze and hid int he bathroom.

Do you prefer to read or watch TV? I am a TV whore. I love certain shows and could watch them all the time.

Would you rather go to a movie or a concert? Good question---I think I would prefer a concert. Love music and the energy of a good performance

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Physically, I would love to be taller. Otherwise, I wish I was more outgoing. I tend to be very shy and get extremely quiet, which always made it hard to make friends. Now I wish I had more close friends.

What is your favorite flower? tulips...more specific...the multi-colored...like red with yellow tips and also love circus roses (yellow with the red tips)

What is your favorite part about teaching? I shouldn't say summers off huh? I think just seeing the little light bulbs go off when the students finally get what you are saying and they are amazed.

What is your favorite topic to teach? I love history

How do you get along with your family? How does DH get along with your family? Both sides are very accepting of each of us. My ILs considered me a daughter from the start. My dad absolutely loves Brian and he is the son my dad never had. They are constantly doing things together that I have no interest in like brewery tours and so on. We lucked out. Our families even do things together....we just had a big cookout together.

Have you ever been compared in looks or personality to someone famous or a character in a TV show or movie? Not really in looks. My family thinks my cooking is really bad and compared me once to Rachel from Friends when she made the triffle but two pages stuck together so her triffle had fruit and meat.

Is there a decision you made in your life that if you hadn't you probably wouldn't be where you are in life today? Before Brian, I was very anti-blind date. I ended a 5 year relationship where the guy cheated on me, later marrying that chick. Well after a few woe is me years, I decided that a blind date couldn't be as bad as I made it out to be. Well it wasn't and because of my decision to just let go of fear, I met the love of my life.
