We took Zoe to a bbq yesterday. She wasn't a fan of the fireworks. they were too bright and loud for her. She didn't cry, but she definitely didn't like them. When she saw us smiling at her and telling her it was ok she got all excited and didn't notice them anymore. I just love her smiles! I can't get enough her! She has been "talking" a lot this week. She seems to go through phases, lol! She is getting so big and is starting to really discover the world around her. I love her so much!
BFing is still going strong. My short term goal is to make it to 6 months, but ultimately I am shooting for 1 year. Having to find time to pump and have someone watch my patients at work is stressful, but I keep telling myself it's only 2 nights a week. I am loving working PT!!
This. No news is good news
I am waiting on the results from my blood work last Wednesday. They said my craving Ice is signs of Pica and they wanted to check my Iron levels. I didn't hear anything Friday before the office closed so I am also going on the premise No news is good news.
I have another appointment next Wednesday and then begin going for weekly visits there after. I can't believe LO is due next month.
DH and I spent the better part of the morning cleaning the house yesterday. I am starting to feel better about bringing LO home, now that we are getting around to doing some deep cleaning. By no means are we dirty people but with my nesting instinct kicking in everything seems so gross and dirty to me (on top of a cat who constantly sheds and pup who has allergies)

I am still here and prego! This Thursday will be 2 weeks until my due date.
I feel great still. The only complaint I have is I feel full all the time but I am hungry and want to eat lots of stuff. I pigged out at the 4th of July party we went to and that was a bad idea as I was miserable after. I am trying to eat smaller meals so I dont feel so bad.
We got the room finished this weekend, although we need stuff to go on the walls as we have nothing and they look really bare. Once we figure out a name we will get some letters.
The house is as clean as I can get it. I try to keep it picked up as when we leave for the hospital I dont want to come home to a mess and also have people over if its a wreck.
