Recommend a book, please : )

I want to read a book this weekend. So give me some suggestions!
I like to read things like Jodi Picoult and some James Patterson stuff. I've read Water for Elephants, and In the Woods recently. I have Girl with the Dragon Tattoo on my bookshelf, just not interested in starting that quite yet. I've heard The Help is good. Just not sure what I'm in the mood for. Have you read anything fantastic recently?
(Hopefully the grammatical/typing errors aren't too bad, I'm posting from my phone - sorry!)

  • I just listened to the audio book of The Help-amazing!!   Three women read the book & did all the voices.  I wanted the audio version to listen to while walking but I think you will be very happy with the book.  I like Meg Cabot's adult novels-very funny but not fluff.  Jen Lancaster is funny too-very sarcastc, snarky to the point that she almost crosses the line, but still entertaining.

  • Have you ever read anything by Jennifer Weiner? I like her books a lot.

  • I'm a bit late on this one but the Kim Harrison The Hallows series is a lot of fun. They are set in Cincinnati which really makes for an interesting read.
  • I just read "The Actor and The Housewife" by Shannon Hale and loved it. It is great, light summer read. My sister has recommended "Exposure" or "Souvenir" by Therese Fowler. She says they are similar to Jodi Piccoult books. Happy reading!
