I made them today with mostly margarine and 1/2 stick of butter because I ran out, I really didnt see nor taste a difference.
Just thought I'd share!
Re: choc chip cookies
Can someone help me with a link to the recipe? My hubby leaves for Canada next weekend, and I always make something for their long road trip. These may be just perfect!
Thanks so much! I'm not much of a kitchen lady, so I tend to overlook recipe posts -- haha -- and then, of course, when I do need them, I can't find them.
Happy 4th!!

I'll c/p - enjoy!
Ingredients:
Directions - preheat 325
scoop by big scoopfulls onto cookie sheet, bake 325 for 12-15 minutes. I have a disgusting black cookie sheet that has been around since Jesus baked cookies, and its awesome.
Enjoy!
Tiff - what did you sub for oatmeal raisin? 2c oats for 1c flour?
I made them Sunday for DH's work and the Great American Bake Sale.
I want to try them with cocoa and chocolate chips next. Any ideas on what ratios to use? Would I need to add melted chocolate to get them really chocolatey?
