I have a set of checkerboard pans, which I imagine is what you'd need for this... just use the one outer ring in the top layer.

Wow! That's amazing!
I want BBQ today, too. Rodgers says it's too hot to cook outside with fire (it's not even over 100 yet). We could do some inside cooking with BBQ sauce, but it's just not even close to the same.
I love that.
Mom's birthday was Saturday and my BFFs birthday is tomorrow, that could be something to make next year.
