As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I got out and ran about 8 miles last week, but I ate like crap. Then I went OOT this weekend and I was dreading getting on the scale, I was expecting at least a 2 pound gain. So you can imagine my surprise when my scale showed a 1.6 pond lost!! That makes my total at 22.8 pounds lost. 9 more pounds and I'm at my goal weight!! Yay!

Holiday weekend + PMS = eating like it's my job.
Plus I only did one spin class last week, so yeah...I suck.
I am up 0.8lb total. SAD. But I haven't really been doing anything to change it yet aside from increasing my water intake (which is more general health than weight). I'm starting today. I worked out twice over the weekend, once was a fun zumba class and once was a horrid TRX class. I really don't think that woman had any idea what she was doing, which blows bec I was really looking forward to it and had been telling someone else how great it is. Whomp whomp.
I ate a good lunch.
And I'm already starving.
