S/O Casey Anthony- Sentencing
If the jury does come back w/a first degree murder conviction:
1) Do you think they'll sentence her to death?
2) Would you sentence her to death?
3) If they do choose death, do you think Judge Perry will overturn it and give her life in prison?

Re: S/O Casey Anthony- Sentencing
1) Do you think they'll sentence her to death? No, I don't think so based on who's on the jury.
2) Would you sentence her to death? No, while I'm not against the death penalty I think it should be reserved for serial killers and the like.
3) If they do choose death, do you think Judge Perry will overturn it and give her life in prison? N/A
Here's a link to who the jurors are:

No to all three.
I think she'll get first degree but not death penalty because of the lack of hard evidence. I never support the death penalty, so I wouldn't personally choose that sentence. I do think that Perry would up-hold it if they did recommend it, though.
This exactly.
"My 101 List - Updating asap, I swear!
Yeah, I was looking at that earlier. I don't think they will either and while I'm not against the death penalty, I couldn't go with it for this particular case. If there was more hard evidence for the murder and premeditation, possibly...but I'd need pretty solid facts if I'm going to live with that choice.
1) Do you think they'll sentence her to death? No- I don't think there is enough evidence
2) Would you sentence her to death? No - completely agree with Madisen on this.
3) If they do choose death, do you think Judge Perry will overturn it and give her life in prison? I don't know enough about Judge Perry to answer.
