best part about my $25 outdoor playhouse
is that dh went over to the neighbor to pick it up yesterday, and he said his college-aged son would be home in a bit with friends and he'll send them over with it. No need for the "older" guys to lug it.
So it included delivery too 
It got a hose down, but I think we need to borrow my uncle's powerwasher too. It's been outside for a few years.

My mom had great luck with Oxy clean and a scrubby sponge for chairs that had been outside for a long time.
