For a 3-year-old...no clue. I got Cooper's 3 swim trunks at Twice as Nice.

I've had the best luck at Target over the years.
Although I went to H&M in NYC this month and tried on a few. I could NOT believe how skimy they were! I have A cups, and my boobs were barely contained. I came out of the dressing room and told my mom and sister, "you know you're too old for the store when the bikini you tried on is well below your c/s scar."
Who the hell would wear a swimsuit that size?!
I had good luck at younkers for me last week.
Maren has suits from gymboree, Old Navy, Lands End and children's place. Her Lands End one is my fave this year but she wears the one from Children's place the most.
