pregnant pity party
It is 83 degrees and humid today. My house has no a/c. It's not actually *that* bad on my main level, but our second story is pretty darn warm. I opened all the windows and turned all the fans to get a breeze going up there.
I'd really love to get some window a/c units. I think we could get one for each floor and that would take care of it. However, we just got the quote back for the roof, and it's going to be $3600 for that. So a/c units are going to have to take a back seat.
I almost wish I had gone into the office today just because they have air. Almost.
Re: pregnant pity party
I know how you feel. We didn't have air last year when I was pregnant, but we got one this summer for the babe. Good thing, too, since it's 97 today. We have it on the first floor, and when it's unbearable (like last night and tonight) she sleeps in the pack n play on the first floor.
You should have walked the mall today. I was so thankful to be pregnant over mostly winter weather. I would have been a very cranky pregnant person in the summer.

That's weird that my test is in your quote, I definitely didn't write it in there!
Peebles is like Goody's, or Bealls. They have name brands and are probably priced similarly to Penny's or Dillards. Smaller selection though, and yes, quite the old lady selection. We don't shop there often because I can never find anything.
