Do you subscribe to any newspapers? News magazines? We get two local papers weekly, The Star Ledger Thursday & Sunday and I get the Wall Street Journal at work, of course
Do you listen to any news radio? Yes, NPR going to/from work
Do you watch the news on TV? Which channels? ABC in the morning when I work from home, CBS mostly every evening
Where does most of your news come from? Most comes from daily papers or the AP Wires at work
Do you feel like you generally get too much news? Not enough? Too much - I can't get away from it!
Do you consider yourself well-informed? Yes, but I pretty much have to be for work.
Kate's Recipe Box || Relatively Bookish
Do you subscribe to any newspapers? News magazines? no... pretty much everything is available online now and our mail is unreliable at best.
Do you listen to any news radio? No. I'm not in the car long enough to really listen to anything.
Do you watch the news on TV? Which channels? Every day. We wake up to the local ABC affiliate's news, then I typically watch GMA, and catch CNN once both of us get home from work to catch up on the day's headlines.
Where does most of your news come from? online and tv
Do you feel like you generally get too much news? Not enough? Some days I think all I ever get is news... other days I avoid it. It tends to be subjects that get overwhelming to me rather than news in general though. The Casey Anthony stuff and the Senator Weiner stuff specifically got a little ridiculous.
Do you consider yourself well-informed? Yes.

Do you subscribe to any newspapers? News magazines? No to both. My dad does give me his newspaper pretty regularly, so I skim that sometimes. Our local newspaper isn't all that great.
Do you listen to any news radio?I catch the headlines, but no I don't listen to a news talk show or anything
Do you watch the news on TV? Which channels? On occasion I'll watch Fox with M. I also watch the Today show in the mornings sometimes. I also catch the local evening news about once a week.
Where does most of your news come from? M, yahoo, this board, googling headlines, and random hearsay.
Do you feel like you generally get too much news? Not enough? I'm really not much of a news person. I get really really annoyed at the bias and politics of the media. I like to know generally what's going on, but I don't like being beat over the head with it or the same stories and information.
Do you consider yourself well-informed? I'd say in the middle. Since I am a bit disinterested, I sometimes miss important stuff, but I feel I get the just of it.
Do you subscribe to any newspapers? News magazines?
I used to subscribe to both Time and Newsweek... I enjoyed having them around but didn't renew the subscription. All the newspapers are available online so I generally read them that way.
Do you listen to any news radio?
During the school year, yes... two local news radio stations on AM... I teach government so have to stay up to date on current events and political issues... I tend to zone out during the summer... so what's going on in the world, ladies?
Do you watch the news on TV? Which channels? Not really... Some on FoxNews and CNN, rarely on network TV... I am not generally into the big media stories that play, like Lindsay Lohan or the Casey thing that's going on... not that they aren't worthy of attention, but I just tend to focus more on political/Economic issues and current events of that nature.
Where does most of your news come from?
Internet... CNN/Fox/OC Register/Yahoo
Do you feel like you generally get too much news? Not enough?
I could/should get more informative during the summer but I do like to just tune it out for six weeks.... so I do, hehe...
