I need your help!
We have narrowed down our search to about 5 properties. They are in seriously different parts of the area. Who can help me with what some of these areas are like?
2 Houses are in the summerfield area? of Riverview, east of 75
Another is West of 75 Near the Alafia RiveR? Close to Riverview Drive. I have no clue what this area is like but its super close to where DH would be working.
And another is on the Brandon side north of Bloomingdale Ave around Providence Road and Lumeden Rd?
And finally the one that I love the most is close to Panther Trace Blvd
Can any of you help with figuring out what these areas are like and give me some ideas?

OK, I haven't heard many good things about Panther Trace lately, it seems as though the neighborhoods have gone down in the past couple of years. However, my only reference point moved out and moved out of state.
The Brandon location is good and there is a lot in that area.
Summerfield is close to me, I've heard good things about the neighborhood and have friends that live over there that love it.

Panther Trace is still a somewhat decent area but there is a ton of road construction going on right now. It was going down hill but overall it is still nice.
Summerfield is great and a family friendly area.
The Riverview drive area, can be shady so if you want PM me the address and I'll check it out for you.
Providence and Lumsden is another better area of town and is family friendly. Close to the Mall interstate etc.

I think from the mixed reviews of the panther trace area I am going to count that one out.

I agree with the girls Summerfield I like I have a friend who lives there and loves it, I live off of Riverview dr. closer to summerfield when you first turn on Riverview dr yes it?s a bit shady but once you go all the way down there are nice communities, gated communities so again it just depends my neighborhood is fantastic filled with young families, very quiet and clean
