A question for runners...
How do you carry your music-listening device while running?
When I would go for walks I would just carry my iPod in my hand, but with this new running thing going on, an iPod in one hand and a dog leash in the other just doesn't seem to work out.
So, do you use a particular armband, or just make sure you have pants with pockets in them? OR do you still just carry it in your hand?
Thanks much! I'm going to make attemp #2 of C25k - W1D1 tonight, and here's hoping Loki cooperates this time!

Re: A question for runners...
I usually prefer wearing pants with pockets (so I can carry keys as well). I have an armband I used all the time, but the Nike+ doesn't fit in it. I usually stuff it down my bra or put it in a pocket.
I have been jogging with the stroller and just put the iPod in the cup holder. And I could never do a training run with the dog. He is too inconsistent and gets too excited to run. I wish...
I have an arm band for mine but don't remember the brand. I have the ipod touch and I thought it would be a pain to use such a large band but it works great and never slides down.
Good luck with the C25K!!!
Yeah, if it doesnt work today, I'm leaving him at home...

I tried the arm band but didnt like the farmers tan I was getting so it goes in the bra almost all the time.
Awesome. Not gonna lie, thought about it... and now I think you've convinced me.

It doesn't get all gross and sweaty in the bra? That would be my concern.
And I agree, I'd probably leave Loki at home. My dog loves to run and wouldn't be okay with only running for short intervals.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
