MIL has been undergoing chemo for Leukemia. Yesterday, she was out walking with FIL and had a heart attack. This woman seriously cannot catch a break. Even though they were able to stop the attack, 2 of the 3 arteries are blocked and need stents put in. This would be scary enough for a normal person but it's a lot worse for her since her body is already very weak from the cancer/chemo. Because of this, they are waiting until tomorrow to do the major part of the surgery to allow her body some time between that and what they did yesterday. So, if you have any spare T&P, please send them her way. Although she can sometimes get on my nerves (like most MILs), I can't imagine my daughter not being able to meet her Nana or my husband losing his mom this way.

Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Stand up for something you believe in.
Poor lady! T&P's for her and her family.

Thanks ladies.
FIL doesn't want me at the hospital tomorrow b/c he doesn't think the waiting room is a good place for a pregnant lady. I beg to differ (it's not like I'll be around sick people, just others in the cardiac unit) but will comply with his wishes as to not stress him out further. I'm hoping to at least work from home tomorrow so that I can drive J to/from the hospital. He's not holding up all that well and needed me to drive when we went yesterday.
