Last solicitation about real estate from me today! Can you recommend a good realtor? We are looking in WDM and just want someone who has a likeable personality.

We used Pennie Carroll. She was super patient and helpful. I had a short window of time to find a hosue, not to mention that I was nursing a 7 week old so looking at houses was sometimes a challenge. Love our house... lots of work on her part as it was a foreclosure.

We are buying
We love Susan Stull (Wieland) at the West Des Moines/Jordan Grove office. She is so kind and caring. We looked at over 100 houses (DH is picky) and she was out in her free time trying to find a house we'd like before I delivered Ana.
When we settled on building, she helped us work through all of the paperwork on our land which was a foreclosure.
