Need Quick Advice

I don't post too often, mostly on the craft board but need an opinion, outside of my husband. This morning, I was walking through my work garage trying to avoid running into the car on my left with all my bags when I felt a stab in my leg and then a part of the bumper from the right car flew off. It snagged my pants and scratched my leg, nothing terrible. I put the part of the bumper that flew off next to the car but wonder if I should leave a note. My husband says no. It's there fault and not a big deal. Thoughts? I will probably dd later. Thanks!

Re: Need Quick Advice

  • If it was loose enough to snag on your pants and break, it probably already had damage and was bound to break off anyway IMO. I wouldn't worry to much about it.

This.  If it wasn't you it would be the next pothole they drove over!  Crappy way to start a day though.  Hope it gets better!

  • Ditto PP.  If you had hit a non-damaged bumper hard enough to knock it off, you probably would have broken your leg!  Sucks about your pants though.

  • I agree with the previous posters, as long as you didn't do something like kick it to make it fall off (which it doesn't sounds like you did :).) then I wouldn't worry too much about it.  If it wasn't secured enough that your leg/pant leg could pull it off, it would have fallen on the next speed bump or pothole.  Here's to hoping your day gets better!

  • Definately agree with p/p.  Your poor leg though!  Hope your days turns around!
