Anyone who is looking for an airbrush tan. Read.
So I went into my Palm Beach yesterday to cancel my membership after I decided I didn't want to get cancer anymore. And I asked the guy if they did airbrushing, you know for the occasional vacation, or whatev.
He said they did, but he wouldn't recommend them. He said "they're going to kill me for this..." and proceeded to tell me about the place he came from prior to working at PB. He said he started the airbrush program over there, and airbrushed people like Sandra Bullock, Eva Longoria, etc, and that it's by far the best airbrushing in the DFW metroplex if you're willing to pay for it.
It's Darque Tan, in Dallas. Off Greenville and Lovers. It's actually right by where I used to live, I used to drive by it every day. He said it's about $40/session. I don't know if that's good or bad-I've never airbrushed. He said that's reduced from what it used to be. But he said he knows all the people who do the airbrushing and they're definitely the best.
Anyway, I know people are frequently asking about this type of stuff. I'll probably post on TK too.
I think for me when I need an airbrush tan in the future, that's where I'll be driving. It's worth the drive to know I won't be streaky and it'll last more than a day or two.
Who knows, maybe I'll walk out looking like Eva Longoria.

Yes he said he thinks PB has an airbrush person but he wouldn't recommend them. That's saying a lot. Since he works there.
I have talked to the person who does the airbrush at Darque Tan, I met her at the Plano location, but they only do the airbrush service at that one location in Dallas.
She said, she is a body make up artist, she can create cleavage, six packs, airbrush you so you would thinner, and her color is beet juice based, so you will get natural color, instead of carrot or sugare cane base were they get orange. And all this is included in the price.
It's a little too far for me, to go once a week, for special occasion I may drive that far, but then I have to worry about the seat belt rubbing off and sweating, ...
So my hope of looking like Eva Longoria isn't too far fetched? ......"So you're sayin' I have a chance...."

I used to work for LA Sunset Tan, (they had the rediculous tv show on E!) and airbrushed there using the same beet juice extract and they still do a really good job. I airbrushed many "local celebrities" at the location in Flower Mound, TX and they quite often have sales on their packages, like BOGO so that's 2 for $50. If you call to schedule, purchase and schedule them with Ashley. She's the only one there I trust to do my spray tans.
