3. The parents that come into the library and let their children run loose. Hello! We're not a babysitting service, and you're in a library - KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN! Helen Keller could hear some of these parents yelling at their loud children.
4. People at car shows that think it's ok to touch or sit in the vehicles on display without the owners permission.
5. The neighbors next door. I live next to white trash in hillbilly hell. Not fond of this apartment, either.
