Re: WDYETuesday?

  • Breakfast: Starbucks bacon-gouda sandwich and grande coffee (dead tired from Monday so I bought my bfast so I could sleep in)

Snack: Sprinkled donut (for someone's bday) and banana

Lunch: 1/2 portion of Indian "Chicken Makhani" dish; w/~1 cup white rice, somosa and 1/2 portion of naan

Dinner: leftover 4oz cheeseburger and ~1 cup Anni's mac and cheese

Dessert: leftover oreo ice cream cake; a huge slice! Tongue Tied

Exercise: 1 hr bike ride on the lake; it was gorgeous!

  • Exercise - ab and arm exercise

    Snack - 1/2 a banana

Breakfast - Kashi Go lean crunch w. almond milk

Snack - Luna protein bar cookie dough flavored

Lunch - Honey peanut butter on white bread, spinach with Italian dressing, pretzels.

Dinner - Random bits of pasta with rosa sauce, enchilada, asian slaw (leftovers, haha)

Dessert - Chinese milk cake thing, chocolate marshmellow ice cream.

I worked hard to eat the calories I'm supposed to (I'm consistently under) yesterday and I felt so overly full. It seems so counter intuitive to eat more to lose weight and fuel properly. blah.

Cinnamon tea sounds awesome! was it hot or cold? what brand?

  •

    becca

It was warm, normally we have it cold but i had just maid it a little before dinner. the brand is Bigelow its there "cinnamon stick" and what i do is boil the water with a cinnamon stick in it first and once the water has a brownish tint to it i remove it and the pot  from the heat and steep about 6 tea bags in it. its so good!
