No bake cookie recipes?
anyone have any no bake cookie/bar/etc recipes they want to share? My mom had one, but I can't find it, and it's the only one I sorta have. I'd love to have something fun we can make on warm days without turning on the oven.

I'm not a great cookie baker so I'll let the girls mash the crap out of a banana and peanut butter in a bowl. Then they can spread it on a graham or use graham sticks.
I do also have this microwave recipe though.
Microwave Chocoatmeal cookies
2 cups sugarCombine first 4 ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Whisk until butter is melted and incorporated. Microwave on high for 2 more minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Let set for 10-15 minutes. Drop onto waxed paper.
