When to send Thank You letter
Hi everyone, I am a longtime lurker and need some advise....
I had an interview on Tuesday with a company I really hope to get hired at...I met with the office manager and we had a really nice interview about my backround and the company's goals and what they are looking for. I think I am a good match and the office manager thought so too as she scheduled my second interview at the end of the first one. My next interview will be with her and some of the department heads.....so my question is do I wait and send my Thank you letter after the second interview which is on Tuesday or do I send her a thank you letter for yesterday's interview and then another one next week?
I don't want to overdo it, but at the same time I really really want this:)

I would have sent the thank you letter Tuesday when I got home from the interview.
Send it now & send another one after the next interview.

Thanks ladies, I took your advise and sent one out yesterday on my lunch hour and will send another one when I interview the second time on Tuesday. I really appreiciate all your advise.....
