In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

2 weeks till conference...
And my boss fired my replacement yesterday...
Yes, he wasn't doing a great job but is she crazy?! She fired him 2 weeks before our Conference... that's just nuts. I went in yesterday as Arek had the day off and she was so nasty to him. He wasn't doing a lot right, but now we're short a staff person and guess who she will beg to do it all!
I do have to admit I like the conference position 10x more than my old job. It's more interesting, pays better,and I get to do most of it from home, so I don't mind going in the one day a week I do and understand that I need to go in more over the next two weeks because of Conference but now I'm waiting for the call to getme to go in every day... yeah, NOT happening!

Like Mel I am surprised the board hasn't done anything, but I have a feeling she puts on a good show for them. She might be good at her job but the way she treats people is not right.
