Oh dear God. {baby names}
I'm watching TLC and this woman and her husband (named Phil) just had twins.
Phillip and Philycia.

Re: Oh dear God. {baby names}
I had a guy call to make an appt at spa the other day and swear to God this is exactly what he said when I asked his name:
"I'm serious, no joke, First name Phillip last name Phillips" and he laughed.
Why do people do that? Drives me crazy with the same first name last name stuff...especially in guys because that's their given name...I know a girl named Kelly who married a guy who's last name was Kelly, so Kelly Kelly, but it wasn't like it was her given name.

I tested a set of twins this spring for next year's kids... Isaiah and Asaiah. This year, I had a student named Blessin.

A couple I've seen lately...
A'Magine - (think imagine)
LA'Arrian - 3 capital letters and an apostrophe. and aryan, a blond haired, blue eyed person - and this kid was anything but blond or blue eyed.
This totally makes me think of our own Cats.......I won't put her name on here just in case she doesn't want it but you all know her first name is pronounced the same as her last right? I still have to catch myself! (sorry girlie
) But in her defense, of course she had no idea she would marry a man with the same last name as her first
I took classes at Creighton with a woman named Kelly Kelly!
This is key. She wasn't given this name. It just happened. :-) Like Shannon said, for the men their parents chose to give them the same first and last name. (or nearly the same) David Davidson, Tom Thompson, Daniel Danielson, etc. Why? Lack of creativity?
but can I just say that when you said "our own cats" I thought you meant your pets, like your felines have the same first and last name and I thought it was *hilarious* that you were weren't going to put your cat's first and last name on here just in case she didn't want it on here. As if your feline would care. Then I reread it because I thought it was so funny and figured it out. Imadumbass
Thanks for thinking of me Holly! Yes I have fallen into the my first name is the same as my last name. I must say though, everytime I am asked my name I chuckle with it! And I get a lot of "no I mean your first name"....
And didn't you know that is the only reason I picked my hub!
