Wedding Cards

Hi All- what do you with all the amount of wedding cards you received during your wedding? I do not have the heart to throw them away and they sit in a box. Anything creative I can do with the cards and the wonderful wishes? Thanks.

Re: Wedding Cards

  • I saved the ones with meaningful sentiments (so, something more than 'congrats!') in a box.  however, you could probably do something cute by cutting out the writing & doing a collage with the cards & wedding photos.

Or, you can scan the cards so that you'll have the info electronically & then throw away the cards.

  • I'm terribly uncrafty, so mine are just in a box.

  • Oh!  bunting/flag garland is very hot right now...you could make one out of your wedding cards & hang it up on your anniversary.  :)
  • I saved the sentimental ones with notes inside, but then we moved 6 months later and they got tossed because they were just sitting in a box taking up space.  I do not regret getting rid of them, because really? What the heck are you ever going to do with those?
