WLC girls: Weigh in is tomorrow! Make it good!
B: Visalus Shake w/light chocolate soy milk and mixed frozen berries
L: Visalus Shake with light chocolate soy milk and reduced fat peanut butter
Skinny Taste Chicken Parm, Spahghetti,Spinach with garlic and olive oil (my new obsession --why did I never know how good this is?)
S: Fruit, mixed berries with light whipped cream
E: Zumba and we'll walk to the studio (about .75 miles away)
and go!

B - Peanut Butter Green Monster
L - 1/2 Chimmichunga (The "serves 2" on last night's recipe was crap. It could have easily served 4+.)
D - Eggplant sauce over pasta. salad from the garden (if I stop being lazy and go out and pick some lettuce)
S - Ice cream sandwich
E - Zumba for Wii

B: ViSalus shake mix with light chocolate soy milk, banana flavor mix
S: reduced fat mozzarella stick
L: Salad (lettuce, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, teriyaki chicken, ham, 2 eggs, bacon bits, croutons lol) and light ranch dressing.
S: pretzels or popcorn
Exercise: none tonight. Meeting after work so I won't get home until 9pm.
B: Fiber One Bar
L: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 piece of Oatnut bread toast
S: Pretzels and string cheese
E: Just got back from the gym. I did 30 min. on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill.
