Slideshow help

I have to make a slideshow with all of the pictures from the cruise/beach wedding for the reception tomorrow night.

Any idea what is the best way to do this? I need it to be on a continuous loop. Help!!

Re: Slideshow help

  • Is it going to be displayed on a laptop or do you want it for the TV?

  • Download Picasa from Google if you don't already have it.  They pretty much idiot proof it (just drag and drop) and you can set it to music as well.
  • We have a laptop and it will be projected onto a screen on the wall.
  • Ok, it's easier to do it with a laptop because you can just use a program like Picasa like Jessica mentioned.

I made one last year and needed to burn it to a CD to play in a DVD player and I didn't have time to buy a program and I had the hardest time getting it done.

ETA: I'm pretty sure you can also easily do this on powerpoint if you're more comfortable with that.  I think you just select loop continuously from the slide show menu.

  • Thanks ladies!!! Im trying Picaso now!
  • Plus you can connect picasa to your google+ account.  :-)  So it's worth the effort to upload.
  • If you had a MAC, I could help. Otherwise, I think Picasa is probably the way to go.
